Sinus Balm

Sinus Balm is an all-natural and comforting remedy designed to ease respiratory symptoms and promote relaxation. Whether you’re dealing with a cold, allergies, or simply need a moment of calm, this balm can be your go-to solution.

I've been an allergy sufferer for as long as I can remember, especially the first part of spring and fall. I wanted to get away from my nasal spray that I had been using, but needed help to manage my symptoms. I started making this Sinus Balm several years ago and it's been my go-to for this time of year. It can alleviate some of the symptoms that are associated with nasal congestion such as upper respiratory allergies, common cold, flu or sinusitis. The vapors contain antibacterial and antiviral properties to aid in healing the source of your stuffiness, shrink swollen mucous membranes (what I especially needed!), and alleviate tightness in your chest. This fresh and cool scent can also be used as a soothing headache-relief balm. All of my balms are made via the slow crafted method, allowing botanicals that are organically grown from my garden, to infuse their properties into the avocado oil. This balm is free from harsh chemicals or petroleum-based ingredients.

To Use: Apply to backside, frontside and underneath ears, along cheekbones, and temples and gently massage. You can also choose to apply onto forehead, underneath nostrils, chest, back or bottoms of feet. Breathe in deeply to experience the calming effects.

Each 1oz tin of balm is lovingly hand poured in small batches into reusable/recyclable tins. Be sure to keep in a cool dry area, as these will melt if left in a warm car or hot mailboxes. Once finished with your entire balm remove and recycle label. Place the tin in a designated recycling area, or clean & reuse tin for another purpose.
