About The Good Soap

The Good Soap began with a heartfelt need to raise the bar both literally and figuratively-for my family’s skincare. With a genuine interest + love for nature and herbalism, we wanted products that were natural, eco-friendly, soothing for the skin, long-lasting, and made with the simplest of ingredients. My vision was to create these high-quality, natural products with those standards firmly in mind. Each bar of soap and skincare item I craft embodies this commitment, reflecting the dedication to providing the best for my loved ones and yours. 

GOOD FOR YOU INGREDIENTS ~

 It’s more than just quality ingredients for me. What I leave out is just as important as what I leave in. My products are made without parabens, phthalates, sulfates, filler ingredients, and pesticides. Each item I make is meticulously formulated, and lovingly made. Many of the herbs, botanicals, and loofahs are organically grown by seed in my garden in the late winter and harvested over the summer. 
 If I cannot attain it from my garden,  ingredients are ethically sourced or ethically wild crafted. 

GOOD FOR THE EARTH~

By using responsibly sustainable ingredients, as well as earth conscious packaging, homegrown organic botanicals, and local ingredients...I strive to make an impact of making the world a better place. Did you know a single lip balm tube takes hundreds of years to decompose and isn’t curbside recyclable? Even once it breaks down hundreds of years later, it doesn’t fully go away as it then turns into microplastics. Biodegradable paper tubes are decomposed in as little as 2 weeks and are safe enough to be tossed into your compost.
