  • What ingredients do you use in your products? All of my products are made with 100% natural ingredients, including essential oils, organic herbs, plant-based oils and butters, and/or Grass Fed Tallow. I am committed to using only the highest quality, sustainably sourced ingredients and making every product from scratch instead of relying on pre-made bases that are filled with low quality ingredients and fillers.

  • Can I use your soap if I have sensitive skin?  My handcrafted soaps are formulated to be gentle on the skin. I use mild, nourishing ingredients that are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. 

  • Do you offer unscented products? Yes, I offer a range of unscented products for those who prefer or need fragrance-free options. These products are just as effective and luxurious as my scented ones. For soap bars, Tres Leches and Pumpkin Oat are my two bars that are left unscented. I also offer unscented lip balm, body butter and more. 

  • How long do your products last? My bar soaps typically last 4-6 weeks with regular use, depending on how often you use them and how they are stored. Skincare products have varying shelf lives, but I recommend using them within 6-12 months for optimal freshness and efficacy, or storing in the fridge to extend it's shelf life.

  • How should I store my bar soap? To extend the life of your bar soap, I recommend keeping it in a dry, well-ventilated area between uses. Using a soap dish with good drainage will help prevent the soap from becoming mushy.

  • Do you offer gift sets or custom orders?  I offer a variety of gift sets that make perfect presents for any occasion. I also accept custom orders for special events such as weddings, baby showers, and corporate gifts. Please contact me for more details.

  • Are your products eco-friendly? Yes, I am committed to sustainability. My products are made with natural ingredients and packaged in eco-friendly materials. I strive to minimize my environmental impact in every aspect of my business.

  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Due to the personal nature of my handcrafted skincare products and for hygiene reasons, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures that every product you receive is brand new and has not been tampered with. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to resolve it.
